What ‘free, zero-downtime migration’ means
- We provision the new environment and pull a copy of your site, files and database.
- We test it on a staging URL.
- We sync any final database changes immediately before DNS cutover.
- We do the DNS swap at a time you choose (we recommend Tuesday morning, not Friday afternoon).
- You don’t pay anything for the migration itself.
Magento moves are a little more involved than WordPress moves and may have a small fee for stores with complex integration setups; we’ll tell you up-front if so.
